The meerkat Experience was a design proposal for a meerkat enclosure and entry way building for a fictional zoo scenario.
The natural curves played to the organic and natural theme of the zoo. The entry was wide but could be secured. Offices upstairs had vantage points over the zoo. The meerkat enclosure worked in multiple parts. As the first exhibit of the zoo I wanted it to make a big impact! There is a viewing platform and then the underground walkway that 'pops up' into the middle of the enclosure. It was a lot of fun.
