This project asked for the design of a restaurant centered around a specific cultural cuisine - Ethiopian. After discovering through research Ethiopia's ties to the origins of coffee the brief was stretched to include an Ethiopian coffee house and Roastery. Which was my personal favorite part of this design, and I believe integral to its success.
It also included a cooking school for migrant women, a sustainable garden and community spaces. It was a truly fun and inspiring project.
